Objective:Using TCM inheritance system to analyze the composing principles of the prescriptions for cancerous pain collected in the ' Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Access Database of Cancerous Pain'. Method: Collect the prescriptions used for cancerous pain in ' The Access Database of Cancerous Pain' , and then enter into the TCM inheritance system by using revised mutual information, complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical clustering to analyze the composing principles. Results; Based on the analysis of 151 cases of oral taking of prescriptions, the frequency of each herb included in the database is computed, 69 core combinations and 20 new oral taking of prescriptions are mined from the database. Conclusions; TCM inheritance system can be used to enter, administrate, search and analyze the prescriptions. It is a helpful tool for the research of traditional Chinese medicine.%目的:应用中医传承辅助系统挖掘“辽宁中医药大学癌痛Access数据库”中方剂组方规律.方法:将数据库中的方剂录入中医传承辅助系统,采用改进互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类、无监督熵层次聚类等分析癌痛方剂组方规律.结果:对筛选出的151个内服处方进行分析,演化得到药物核心组合69个、内服新处方20个.结论:中医传承辅助系统可实现对方剂数据录入、管理、查询和分析,对研究中药组方规律具有重要价值.
