Objective: To assess the effectiveness and safety of TCM treatment on Climacteric Syndrome. Methods; Randomized controlled trials or clinical controlled trials of TCM therapy for interfere of Climacteric Syndrome in recent 5 years were reviewed and Meta-analysis was made for the literature result. Results; Altogether 12 papers of clinical study were enrolled. Heterogeneous tests were conducted for the result of the 12 studies, as results, ×2 = 18. 56,P = 0. 07. The fixed effect model was used for statistical analysis, after combination, OR =2. 90, confidence interval of 95% was 2. 18 ~ 3. 68. The rhombus was located at the right side of the medium line. After Z- test.Z = 7.28,P <0.00001 .the therapeutic effect and the cured rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group. Conclusions; (1 ) The treatment of Climacteric Syndrome has the same effect compared with the western medicine but the side effects is less. Thus,it can play a little advantage of strong security. (2) There is a strong need of more high-quality researches of the Chinese Medicine(especially acupuncture) in the treatment of Climacteric Syndrome as the clinical evidence is though to maybe not stringent enough.%目的:系统评价中医药治疗围绝经期综合征的疗效.方法:对近5年中医药干预围绝经期综合征的随机对照临床试验文献进行Meta分析.结果:12篇文献入选,其中异质性:x2=18.56,P=0.07.故采用固定效应模型,合并后OR值2.90,95％,可信区间2.18 ～ 3.86,菱形位于中线的右侧.经Z检验,Z=7.28,P＜0.00001,中药治疗效果显著,“漏斗图”不存在发表偏倚.结论:(1)中医药与西药疗效相当,且副作用少、安全性高；(2)需要更多高质量研究文献,现阶段文献资料可能欠严谨.
