Objective To discuss the IL-6, the HS-CRP expression in Chinese medicine treatment of coronary heart disease relevance. Methods The patients were admitted to hospital on May 2007 to November 2011 , with coronary artery disease underwent coronary angiography (SACG) retrospective study of patients with TCM dialectical type and angiography showed coronary vein lesions are grouped study. Results First, in patients with coronary artery disease group compared with control group IL-6, the performance of the HS-CRP has a significant difference in IL-6 levels in resolution of (5. 51 of ± 4.12)Pg/mL and(2.11 ±1.05) Pg/mL, t = 2. 5417 , P =0.0351; Hs-CRP levels were (6.12 ± 4.52) mg / L and (2.44 ± 1.58)mg/ L, and t = 3.0145, P = 0.02174. Secondly, between coronary heart disease different card type blood stasis, phlegm internal resistance, Hanning Xinmaitong three types of card-type IL-6, Hs-CRP levels significantly higher than the weak of heart qi, heart and kidney, heart and kidney yang; again, comparison of IL-6 expression levels according to coronary artery disease only significant difference of Hs-CRP, no significant difference in expression levels; Finally, according to the coronary occlusion, complete occlusion to compare IL-6, Hs-CRP expression level with severe, moderate stenosis in patients with significant differences, but severe, no significant difference between the severe patient group. Conclusion IL-6, Hs-CRP levels between TCM syndrome with coronary heart disease there is a close relationship through its expression can understand the severity of coronary lesions, to provide the appropriate basis for the clinical treatment of coronary artery disease.%目的:探讨IL-6、HS-CRP表达在中医临床治疗冠心病的相关意义.方法:对我院2007年5月至2011年11月期间收治的行冠状动脉造影(SACG)确诊的冠心痛患者进行回顾性研究,根据患者中医辨证分型及造影显示冠状动脉病变程度进行分组研究.结果:冠状动脉病变组患者与对照组比较,IL-6、HS-CRP表现具有显著差异,其中IL-6水平分辨为(5.51±4.12) Pg/mL和(2.11±1.05) Pg/mL,t=2.5417,P=0.0351；Hs-CRP水平分别为(6.12±4.52) mg/L和(2.44±1.58)mg/L,t=3.0145,P=0.02174;冠心病不同证型间比较,心血瘀阻、痰浊内阻、寒凝心脉三类证型IL-6、Hs-CRP水平明显高于心气虚弱、心肾阴虚、心肾阳虚；根据患者冠脉病变进行比较,IL-6、Hs-CRP表达水平具有显著差异；根据冠状动脉闭塞情况进行比较,完全闭塞患者IL-6、Hs-CRP表达水平与重度、中度狭窄患者具有显著差异.结论:患者IL-6、Hs-CRP水平与冠心痛中医证型间存在密切关系,通过其表达水平可以了解冠状动脉病变程度,临床治疗冠状动脉病变提供相应的依据.
