Objective; this research is to observe the clinical effects of QIAOSHAO mixture compared with paroxetine of the treatments on primary premature ejaculation. Method; 68 patients were randomly divided into QIAOSHAO mixture treatment group and the paroxetine control group, receiving a 4-weeks course. The records of vaginal ejaculation latency, PE self-rating scale were collected. The effects of the before and after and the comparison of the 2 groups were estimated. Resu The records of vaginal ejaculation latency, PE self-rating scale were significantly improved after treatment in the QIAOSHAO mixture decoction group. The clinical effects were proved. Comparing to the control group the QIAOSHAO mixture treatment group is better on the improvements of PE self-rating scale, which is statistically significant. Conclusion; the QIAOSHAO mixture is better than paroxetine on the treatment of primary premature ejaculation.%目的:观察翘芍止泄合剂对比盐酸帕罗西汀治疗原发性早泄的临床疗效.方法:68例患者随机分为翘芍止泄合剂组及盐酸帕罗西汀组,疗程4周.治疗前后记录患者阴道内射精潜伏期,早泄患者自评量表积分并组内治疗前后比较及组间比较,治疗后评测性生活满意度.结果:治疗组患者阴道内射精潜伏期,早泄患者自评量表积分治疗前后对比差异显著,治疗有效.治疗组对比对照组自评量表得分及性生活满意度方面改善明显,差异有统计学意义.结论:翘芍止泄合剂治疗原发性早泄有很好的疗效.
