目的：调查脑梗死后遗症期患者疲劳的发生率及其相关影响因素，为脑梗死后遗症期患者疲劳的控制和预防提供参考依据。方法采用自制量表、疲劳严重度量表（FSS）、家庭关怀度指数（APGAR）、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）结合脑梗死部位对200名脑梗死后遗症期患者进行调查分析，并通过单因素χ2检验和多元 Logistic 回归分析研究脑卒中后疲劳的相关影响因素。结果200名脑梗死后遗症期疲劳的发生率为48％，单因素分析显示，年龄、不正常婚姻（丧偶、离婚、分居）、脑力劳动者、睡眠质量指数、卒中部位、家庭功能障碍与脑卒中后疲劳有关（均 P ＜0．05）。多因素回归分析显示，脑梗死后遗症期患者疲劳发生与年龄较大（OR ＝2．612，95％CI ＝2．047～3．333）、婚姻状态（OR ＝1．754，95％CI ＝1．259～2．445）、脑力劳动者（OR ＝0．810，95％CI ＝0．698～0．939）、睡眠质量指数（OR ＝1．149，95％CI ＝1．262～2．515）、家庭功能障碍（OR ＝1．717，95％CI ＝1．396～2．111）、脑卒中的部位（OR ＝1．075，95％CI ＝1．693～2．310）有关。结论脑梗死后遗症期患者疲劳的发生率高，与年龄、婚姻状态、脑力劳动者、睡眠质量指数、家庭功能障碍、卒中部位等有关%Objective To investigate the incidence of fatigue after stroke (PSF)of cerebral infarction sequela period and its related influencing factors,and provided a reference for the control and prevention of fatigue.Methods Self-made scale ,Fatigue Severity Scale (FSS),Family care index together(APGAR)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality In-dex (PSQI)combined with cerebral infarction were investigated and analyzed for 200 patients with cerebral infarction sequela period.The related influence factors of fatigue after stroke were analyzed by single factor chi-square test and multivariate Logistic regression analysis.Results The incidence of cerebral infarction sequela period of fatigue was 48%.Single factor analysis showed that age,abnormal marriage (death of a spouse,divorce,separation),knowledge workers,the sleep quality index,parts of the stroke,and family dysfunction were related to poststroke fatigue (both P <0.05).Multiple factors regression analysis showed that patients with cerebral infarction sequela period fatigue as-sociated with older age(OR =2.612,95% CI =2.047 -3.333),marital status(OR =1.754,95% CI =1.259 -2.445),knowledge workers(OR =0.810,95%CI =0.698 -0.939),the sleep quality index(OR =1.149,95%CI =1.262 -2.515),family dysfunction(OR =1.717,95%CI =1.396 -2.111 ),and the parts of the stroke (OR =1.075,95%CI =1.693 -2.310).Conclusion The incidence of fatigue during cerebral infarction sequelae stage is high,which is related to age,marital status,knowledge workers,sleep quality index,family dysfunction,stroke and so on.
