Objective To study the changes and its influencing factors of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) in patients with sjogren syndrome (SS). Methods 56 cases syndrome patients serum SOD analysis, and course,age,saliva flow raie,LeiMo fracture time,erythrocyte sedimentation late(ESR) ,and blood sedimentation hy-persensitivity c-reactive protein (hs-CRP) ,immunoglobulin G (IgG) ,immunoglobulin M (IgM) .immune globulin A (IgA ) and routine blood laboratory indicators for the correlation analysis. Results The rate of PSS patients with serum SOD value below the normal reference was 35 (62. 5% ) ,and serum SOD had a significant negative correlation with age,duration( P ＜0. 01) , blood sedimentation, allergic c-reactive protein negative correlation ( P ＜ 0. 05) , and the Chinese medicine symptoms ( body tired fatigue, less gas lazy to talk) negative correlation ( P ＜ 0. 01) , and a significant positive correlation with IgG (P ＜0. 01). Conclusion Serum SOD level is reiatecd to disease activity and the anti-oxidation in SS patients were significantly reduced.%目的 研究干燥综合征患者血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的变化及其影响因素.方法 对56例综合征患者血清SOD进行分析,与病程、年龄、唾液流率、泪膜破裂时间、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、血常规及中医症候进行相关性分析.结果 干燥综合征患者血清SOD值低于正常参考值的例数为35例,其所占百分比为62.5％,相关性分析示SOD与年龄、病程呈显著负相关(P＜0.O1),与IgG呈显著正相关(P＜0.01),与红细胞沉降率、超敏C反应蛋白呈负相关(P＜0.05),与中医症候(体倦乏力、少气懒言)呈负相关(P＜0.01).结论 血清SOD水平与炎症、病情活动性呈相关,SS患者机体抗氧化水平显著降低.
