Objective To study the effect of 0.5％ sodium hypochlorite as root canal irrigation used in chronic periapical periodontitis teeth. Methods 100 cases of the teeth affected chronic periapical periodontitis were randomly divided into two groups. 50 in the experimental group cases was treated by 0.5％ sodium hypochlorite as root canal irrigation. 50 in the control group cases was treated by 3％ hydrogen peroxide. The clinical examination including X-ray photograph was taken after six months,and the efficacy was analyzed. Results There was statistically significant difference between the groups (P ＜0.05). The effective rate in the group treated by 0.5％ sodium hypochlorite was 56.5％, but the effective rate of control group was 44.4％. Conclusion 0.5％ sodium hypochlorite is an effective agent for root canal irrigation.%目的 观察0.5%次氯酸钠根管冲洗剂用于慢性根尖周炎患牙根管治疗的临床疗效.方法 选择100例单根管慢性根尖周病变患牙,随机分为两组:实验组50例,用0.5%次氯酸钠做根管冲洗消毒;对照组50例,用3%过氧化氢做根管冲洗消毒;观察术后6个月的临床及X线片表现,并分析对比两者的临床疗效.结果 0.5%次氯酸钠根管冲洗组治疗有效率为56.5%明显高于3%过氧化氢根管冲洗组的44.4%(P＜0.05).结论 0.5%次氯酸钠根管冲洗剂是较为有效的根管冲洗剂.
