Objective:To investigate the efficacy of anterior skull base repair surgery using medical glue. Methods:The clinical data of 31 patients underwent anterior skull base repair surgery using medical glue were retrospectively analyzed. Results; Neither leakage of cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)nor intracranial infection occured during hospitalization. All patients have been followed up for 6 to 24 months. Neither tardive leakage of CSF nor meningoencephalocele occurred in the follow-up phase. Conclusions; Anterior skull base repair surgery using medical glue is safe and convenient.%目的:探讨胶粘法在经颅前颅底修复手术中的疗效及技术要点.方法:回顾分析31例采用经颅额底入路胶粘法修复前颅底缺损的患者的临床资料.结果:31患者中无近期脑脊液漏及颅内感染的病例.对31例患者随访6～24个月,无病例发生迟发性脑脊液漏,影像学检查结果未见发生脑膜脑膨出的病例.结论:采用经颅额底入路胶粘法修复前颅底缺损具有安全可靠、操作简单、取材方便的优点,是一种实用的颅底修补方法.
