Objective: To study the anti-depression effect of Zhenjing-dingzhi (ZJDZ) Decoction on animal model of depression.Methods: Forty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, which were normal control group (n=10), depression model group (n = 10), ZJDZ decoction group (n = 10) and Fluoxetine group (n = 10).The depression model of rat was established by chronic mild stress stimulation combined with single feed.The Anti-depression effect of ZJDZ Decoction was studied.Results: ZJDZ decoction increased the depression model of rats crossing scores and rearing scores in Open-Field significantly (P＜0.05).It also improved sucrose solution intake (P＜0.05).Conclusions: ZJDZ decoction has the anti-depression effect in the depression model of rat.%目的:对镇惊定志合剂的抗抑郁作用进行动物实验研究.方法:40只雄性SD大鼠随机分为4组,即对照组、抑郁模型组、镇惊定志合剂组和氟西汀组,每组10只大鼠.采用慢性缓和性应激和孤养建立抑郁模型,观测镇惊定志合剂的抗抑郁效果.结果:镇惊定志合剂可明显增加大鼠开野实验的水平和垂直活动次数(P<0.05),并提高蔗糖水摄入量(P<0.05).结论:镇惊定志合剂具有有效的抗抑郁作用.
