目的:提高对羁押人员(犯罪嫌疑人、劳教人员、服刑犯人)消化道异物的诊断与治疗水平.方法:对1 510例羁押人员消化道异物的临床表现、诊断与治疗过程进行分析.结果:除自动出院者外,其他患者经保守、内镜、手术治疗后均痊愈,无并发症.结论:羁押人员消化道异物应该根据临床表现和异物形状、位置,结合患者全身情况选择恰当的治疗方法,同时预防其再次吞服,以期取得满意疗效.%Objective: To improve the levels of diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal foreign bodies in custody personnel.Methods: The clinical data of 1 510 custody personnels with ingestive gastrointestinal foreign bodies were analyzed. Results:All the patients expect leaving hospital were cured and no complications were fround. Conclusions: According to the clinical performance,shape and position of foreign bodies in gastrointestinal tract and physical condition,the effective treatment methods should be selected, preventing swallow foreign bodies again to obtain the better curative effect.
