血管性痴呆是引起认知障碍的常见原因，双侧颈总动脉结扎、大脑中动脉闭塞以及原发性高血压大鼠常被作为血管性痴呆模型加以研究。本文将对此类模型的药物及非药物治疗方法研究现状进行综述，从而为血管性痴呆的临床干预提供更多的科学参考建议。%Vascular dementia is one of the common causes of cognitive impairment.Occlusion of bilateral common carotid arteries, middle cerebral artery occlusion, as well as induced hypertension are major methods to make rat model for vascular dementia.The present review will summarize research progress in medical and non-medical treatment of vascular dementia rat models in order to provide theoretical direction for clinical practice.
