利用无定型磷酸钙纳米颗粒定向有序排列策略仿生再矿化牙体硬组织的研究进展

         

摘要

无定形磷酸钙是牙体硬组织及骨矿化的初始原料及结构基础,机体可通过分泌相关蛋白质大分子来调控无定形磷酸钙的定向有序转化,并最终转化为具有优异力学性能的羟基磷灰石晶体.在体外仿生矿化研究中,利用仿生类似物调控无定形磷酸钙的转化并进而模拟出与天然牙体硬组织相似的结构,不仅可达到仿生矿化的目的,同时还能为生物体内矿化的具体机制提出假设.本文就无定形磷酸钙在体内外发生定向有序排列的机制,以及利用无定形磷酸钙仿生再矿化牙体硬组织及骨的研究进展作一综述.%Amorphous calcium phosphate plays a basic role in the mineralization of dental hard tissues and bones. As we all know,the living bodies are able to regulate amorphous calcium phosphate by secreting corresponding proteins. Amorphous calcium phosphate,eventually,can be transformed into hydroxyapatite crystals with excellent me-chanical properties. Using biomimetic analogues to control the oriented transformation of amorphous calcium phosphate can achieve biomimetic mineralization mimicking the similar structure of dental hard tissues in vivo. Meanwhile,biomi-metic mineralization experiments may verify the real mechanisms in the in vivo mineralization. This review summarizes the mechanisms of oriented arrangement about amorphous calcium phosphate both in vivo and in vitro,provides signifi-cant information about the biomimetic remineralization of dental hard tissues and bones with amorphous calcium phos-phate as an initial material.
