目的:比较Twisted File(TF)和ProTaper两种镍钛器械在预备离体磨牙弯曲根管时中心定位能力。方法:收集近中颊根为中、重度弯曲的离体下颌磨牙50个,随机分为TF和ProTaper组(n=25),进行根管预备,预备前后使用平行投照技术拍摄X线片,测量距根尖1~9 mm处根管壁牙本质去除量,计算中心定位率。结果:在距根尖1、6、7 mm处,TF组和ProTaper组中心定位率近似(P>0.05)。在距根尖2~5、8、9 mm处,TF组中心定位率均大于ProTaper组(P<0.05)。结论:在弯曲根管预备中,TF中心定位能力优于ProTaper。%AIM:To compare the centering ability of two rotary nickel-titanium (NiTi)systems,Twisted File (TF)and ProTaper,in shaping curved root canals.METHODS:50 mandibular molars with severe curvature were selected and divided randomly into 2 groups (n =25 ).After preparation with TF and stainless ProTaper,the amount of removed dentin and the centering ratio were respectively measured at 1 to 9 mm level.RESULTS:At 1 mm,6 mm and 7 mm level,there was no statistically significant difference in centering ratio between 2 groups (P>0.05).At 2 mm to 5 mm,8 mm and 9 mm level,the centering ratio of TF group was higher than that of Pro-Taper group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:TF has greater centering ability and greater potential for preservation of the original canal shape than ProTaper in shaping curved root canals.
