芹菜素对变异链球菌致龋力影响的实验研究

         

摘要

目的:研究芹菜素(apigenin)对变异链球菌致龋力的影响。方法:用含20 g/L蔗糖的TPY液体培养基,以二倍体稀释法将芹菜素配制成12.5、25、50、100、200、400μg/mL 的含药培养基,并与变异链球菌ATCC25175(血清C型)共同培养;分别观察不同浓度芹菜素对变异链球菌增殖及其产酸能力、粘附能力、葡聚糖转移酶(GTF )活力和水不溶性胞外多糖生成能力的影响。结果:与空白对照组相比,不同浓度芹菜素对变异链球菌的增殖和产酸均无明显影响(P>0.05);但可明显抑制变异链球菌的粘附能力、GTF的活性以及水不溶性胞外多糖的生成量(P<0.05);且随着芹菜素浓度的增加,其抑制作用逐渐增强,各浓度组相比,除200μg/mL与400μg/mL组间无统计学差异(P>0.05)外,其他各浓度组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芹菜素对变异链球菌的生长、产酸无影响,但对其粘附、GTF活性和水不溶性胞外多糖的生成具有抑制作用。%AIM:To study the effects of apigenin on the cariogenicity of Streptoccous mutans (S.mutans). METHODS:S.mutans ATCC25175 cells were treated by apigenin at the concentration (μg/mL)of 12.5,25,50, 100,200 and 400 respectively,and TPY liquid medium was used as the control.Bacteriostatic experiment was conduc-ted by disc diffusion method.PH value drop quantity,adhesion inhibition rate,glucanotransferase (GTF)vitality and the content of insoluble exopolysaccharides were measured in every groups.RESULTS:Apigenin solution at the vari-ous concentrations showed no effect on the proliferation and anaerobic acidogenesis of the bacteria.With the increase of apigenin concentration the adhesion inhibition rate of S.mutans increased,while GTF vitality and insoluble exopolysac-charides content decreased(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Apigenin has no inhibition effect on the proliferation and acid production of S.mutans.However,it can inhibit the adhesion ability,GTF enzymes activity and insoluble exopo-lysaccharides production of S.mutans.
