目的：比较免疫抑制鼠和正常鼠根尖周 炎中IL-1α 、TNF-α mRNA表达，了解免疫抑制对根尖周炎的影响。方法：20只 SD大鼠分成实验组（腹腔注射环磷酰胺）和对照 组（腹腔注射生理盐水），3周后将实验组和对照组上、下颌磨牙开髓，分别于术后3、7、1 4、28d取根尖周组织，用RT-PCR方法检测IL-1α和TNF-α mRNA表达，并进行半定量分析 。结果：实验组术后7d根尖周组织中即有IL-1α和TNF-α mRNA表达 ，14d达高峰，28d有所下降；对照组呈与此相似的动态过程，两者间的表达量无明显差 别。结论：外周血白细胞减少对根尖周炎中IL-1α表达无明显影响。%AIM: To compare the expression of IL-1α and TNF-α m RNA in periapical disease between rats with immuno-suppression and rats without treatment to investigate the effect of immuno-suppression on periapical dis ease. METHODS: Cyclophosphamide, an immuno-suppressant, wa s injected into the abdominal cavity of rats and the expression of IL-1α and TN F-α mRNA was examined with RT-PCR. RESULT:The expression of IL-1α and TNF-α mRNA was detected in periapical tissues at 7th day and formed a pea k at 14th day and slightly decreased at 28th day after the injectio n of the cyclophosphamide. There was no significant difference between the test and control groups. CONCLUSION: Decrease of the perip heral leucocytes has no effect on periapical disease.
