O bjective To explore current supply status of pension services of community health service centers in Chengdu so as to provide references to Chengdu municipal government and relevant departments for pension services .Methods 39 managers of 13 community health service centers in five main districts of Chengdu were investigated with questionnaire and in-depth interviews.R esults The content and form of pension services were simple.Personnel structure was unreasonable and sources of funding were limited.C onclusion The government and relevant departments should formulate and perfect related policies concerning pension services in community health service centers , increase fund input and enhance publicity . Community health service centers should attach great importance to the construction of professionals and coordinate with relevant parties to strengthen the supply of pension service .%目的：了解成都市社区卫生服务中心养老服务保障供给现状，为成都市政府及养老服务相关部门进行合理的养老服务供给提供参考依据。方法在成都市五大主城区中抽取13个社区卫生服务中心39名管理人员进行问卷调查及个人深入访谈。结果社区卫生服务中心目前所提供的养老服务内容、形式单一；人员结构不合理；资金来源有限。结论政府及相关部门应制定并完善社区卫生服务中心养老服务保障供给相关政策，加大经费投入，加强社区宣传；社区卫生服务中心应重视专业人才队伍建设，协调各方力量，加强养老服务的保障供给。
