新疆地区965例过敏性疾病患者食物特异性IgG抗体检测分析

         

摘要

Objective In order to analyze the correlation between food-specific IgG antibodies and allergic diseases in Xinjiang,and to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of allergic diseases.Methods Serum specific IgG antibody levels of 14 kinds of foods in 965 patients were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results There were 681 positive cases in 965 allergic diseases,and the positive rate was 70.57%.Patients with eczema dermatitis and urticaria were more,and positive rates of food intolerance were 75.81% and 70.42% respectively.The positive rate of egg accounted for 58.88% was the highest,followed by milk accounted for 45.81%.Mean while,the number of patients showsed that highly intolerance was the most,followed by moderate intolerance,mild intolerance was the least.Male patients were significantly more than female patients (P<0.01).The number of positive cases were significantly greater in Han patients than in minority patients (P<0.05).The positive rate of food-specific IgG antibody was the highest in group of children aged 0 to 6 (95.19%),and the lowest (48.48%) in group of elderly patients aged over 66 years,with statistical differences in ages.The incidence of food intolerance in different seasons showed that spring was the most,followed by summer,then winter,and finally was autumn (P<0.01).There was no correlation between food-specific IgG and food-specific IgE antibody mediated immediate hypersensitivity reactions.Conclusion Result indicates that the incidence of food intolerance is related to the type of diseases,genders,races,ages and seasons.%目的 分析食物特异性IgG抗体与新疆地区变态反应性疾病的相关性,为疾病的诊断和治疗提供依据.方法 采用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法检测965例患者及对照组血清中14种食物特异性IgG抗体水平.结果 965例中阳性率达70.57%;湿疹皮炎、荨麻疹阳性率较高,分别为75.81%和70.42%;鸡蛋和牛奶阳性率最高(58.88%和45.81%),且患者数均3级>2级>1级.男性多于女性(P<0.01);汉族多于少数民族(P<0.05);0~6岁儿童的阳性率最高(95.19%),66岁以上老年患者最低(48.48%),年龄分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);春季>夏季>冬季>秋季(P<0.01);与食物特异性IgE介导的速发型变态反应无相关性.结论 食物不耐受的发病与患病种类、性别、民族、年龄和季节分布有关.
