Objective In order to summarize the clinical features,treatment and the cause of death with pemphigus.Methods The clinical data of 160 patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results The nonstandard use of steroids and psychology agents were the most common causes and aggravating factors of pemphigus.The positive rate of anti-desmoglein 1/3 was 89％.Differences were statistically significant among the groups of mild,moderate and severe in the dose of steroid and hospitalization time.The death cases were common in pemphigus vulgaris and severe pemphigus,and the main cause of death was pneumonia.Conclusion The standard use of steroids associated with psychological care could reduce the recurrence of pemphigus.The anti-desmoglein 1/3 test should be a routine examination of pemphigus.The classification of pemphigus is the factor influencing the doses of steroid of pemphigus.The main cause of death is infection.%目的 总结天疱疮的临床特点、治疗方法及死亡原因.方法 对161例天疱疮临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 常见诱因和加重因素为不规则使用激素和精神因素,抗Dsg1/3的阳性率为89％,轻、中、重型的激素使用量和住院天数差异有统计学意义,死亡常见于寻常型和重型天疱疮,肺炎为死亡常见的原因.结论 规则使用激素和加强患者心理教育可减少疾病复发,抗Dsgl/3可作为天疱疮常规检查,病情分型影响激素的用量,感染是死亡的常见原因.
