RASSF1A和PCDH10基因与乳腺癌关系的研究进展

         

摘要

RASSF1A和PCH10基因都是抑癌基因,其在正常组织的表达中可以抑制肿瘤细胞的形成.当基因的启动子区域出现异常甲基化时便会出现RASSF1A和PCH10表达下调或者表达缺失的现象,并且这种高甲基化和此抑癌基因失活现象在乳腺癌组织中频繁出现,对乳腺癌的形成有着重要作用.因此对基因高甲基化的检测有助于对乳腺癌的早期诊断,鉴别肿瘤的良恶性,而逆转甲基化则为治疗乳腺癌提供了新的研究思路.%Both RASSF1A and PCH10 genes are tumor suppressor genes,and their expression in normal tissues can inhibit the formation of tumor cells.When the abnormal methylation of the promoter region of the gene appears,they will appear the phenomenon of the lack of expression or expression,and the methylation and the inactivation of tumor suppressor genes occur frequently in breast cancer tissues,plays an important role in the formation of breast cancer.Moreover,the detection of gene hypermethylation is also helpful for early diagnosis of breast cancer and identification of benign and malignant tumors,while reversal of methylation provides a new approach for the treatment of breast cancer.
