The CHD5 is an important tumor suppressor gene in human tumors.The gene belongs to the CHD family, and its encoded proteins belong to the Swi/Snf family and play an important role in chromatin remodeling.Research on the function of CHD5 is not very clear, the research published shows that the potential tumor inhibitory effect of CHD5 by epigenetic modification and activation of ARF P53 pathway, which in many kinds of tumors have mutations or deletions.The structure of CHD5 gene, the pathway of related function and the relationship between the encoded protein and various tumors are reviewed in this paper.%CHD5是人类肿瘤中一个重要的抑癌基因,该基因属于CHD家族成员,并且它编码的蛋白属于Swi/Snf蛋白家族,对染色质重塑过程发挥重要作用.科学家对CHD5功能的研究还不是非常透彻,目前研究表明CHD5通过表观遗传修饰激活ARF-P53通路而发挥肿瘤抑制作用,其在多种肿瘤中均存在突变或者缺失.本文对CHD5基因的结构、相关功能的通路及其编码的蛋白与各种肿瘤之间的关系进行综述.
