目的 探讨小剂量阿托伐他汀对代谢综合征肥胖患者血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和血脂的影响.方法 选择2005年9月-2009年9月从门诊体检中初筛的肥胖代谢综合征80例.随机分成2组,在常规降压、降糖,阿司匹林100 mg/d治疗的基础上,治疗组42例并同时给予阿托伐他汀20 mg/d;对照组38例则给予控制饮食,合理运动,减轻体质量.2组均治疗8周.结果 治疗组治疗后的TC、TG、LDL-C和hs-CRP水平均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),2组均无明显不良反应.结论 阿托伐他汀可以调节血脂,降低hs-CRP,改善胰岛素抵抗,减轻炎性反应.%Objective To observe the effect of low dose atorvastatin on blood lipids and high sensitive C-reactive protein( hs-CRP )in patients with obesity and metabolic syndrome. Methods From September 2005 to September 2009, eighty patients with obesity and metabolic syndrome were selected from outpatient services and divided randomly into two groups,treatment group and control group. All patients received regular depressor, hypoglycemic drugs and aspirin 100 mg/d. treatment group( n =42 ) treated with atorvastatin 20 mg/d, and control group( n = 38 ) received diet control and exercises for 8 weeks. The changes of hs-CRP and blood lipid were observed after treated for 8 weeks. Results After treatment for 8 weeks,the levels of blood lipid( TC, TG, LDL-C )and plasma hs-CRP in treatment group was significantly lower than control group ( P ＜ 0.01 ). No adverse reaction was found in the two groups. Conclusion Atorvastatin was helpful for controlling blood lipid level, reducing hs-CRP, improving the state of insulin resistance and releasing inflammatory reaction.
