In order to measure the ECG and send data to coaches and doctors,a design of remote ECG measurement system was designed. The system is composed of detection module,the Android mobile phone software and server. The detection module detects ECG signal that is sent to the mobile phone via Bluetooth. Then,mobile phone soft-ware sent the data to the server through the network. The server software filtered the received data,and sends the re-ducing the heart wave diagram and calculating the heart rate to athletes,coaches and doctor’s mobile phone. After testing,the accuracy of measurement is high,the system is stable.%为了测量运动员的心电信号，并远程发送给教练和医生，设计了一种基于安卓手机的心电测量系统。系统由检测模块、安卓手机端软件、服务器组成。检测模块检测心电信号，并通过蓝牙把信号发送到运动员手机上，手机上的软件把数据通过网络发送到服务器端，服务器端的软件对接收到的数据滤波处理，还原出心电波形图，并计算心率，同时远程发送到运动员、教练和医生的手机。经测试，测量数据精度较高，系统工作稳定。
