基于自稳系数法的采空区群'短板'单元空区甄别及实例分析

         

摘要

The self-stabilization coefficient method of the frame structure of the goaf group is put forward, which provides the basis for the prevention and control of goaf instability. By constructing the model of self-stabilization of goaf-group frame structure, the typical displacement equations of the internal structure of goaf group were established. The calculation formulas of the self-stabilization coefficients of the pillar and the column were given based on the theory of rock strength, and the important factors α and β of pillar and column were introduced to identify the "short slab" unit gob. Taking a goaf group consisting of four middle sections of a large-scale metal mine as an example,under two operating conditions of blasting and non-blasting, the reasonableness of the self-stabilization coefficient method was discussed. Results indicated that the self-stabilization coefficient method could effectively identify the "short slab" unit gob of goaf group and reflect the relationship between the distribution of "short slab"unit gob and its location and depth. The reliability of the method is verified by the engineering examples and the displacement monitoring result, and a new and effective way for the screening of "short slab" unit gob of goaf group is provided by the self-stabilization coefficient method of the frame structure.%提出采空区群"短板"单元空区甄别的类框架结构自稳系数分析方法,为采空区群失稳的超前防控提供依据.构建采空区群类框架结构自稳模型,通过建立系统结构的位移法典型方程组,结合岩石强度理论,给出顶柱、间柱自稳系数计算式,引入顶柱、间柱重要度因子α,β,进行采空区群"短板"单元空区甄别分析.以某大型金属矿山4个中段12个单元采空区组成的采空区群为例,开展爆破与非爆破影响两种工况条件下"短板"单元空区甄别研究.结果表明:该方法可以有效甄别采空区群中的"短板"单元,揭示单元空区自稳系数与其赋存深度、位置之间的关系,反映"短板"单元空区的分布情况.现场踏勘及位移监测结果从不同维度验证了分析结果的可靠性.为采空区失稳灾变的超前防控提供了一种新的方法.
