双折线卷筒岸桥起升系统动态特性研究

         

摘要

In order to study the effect of variable winding velocity caused by the zigzag‐shaped groove drum on lifting system dynamics ,the dynamic model of lifting system with the excitation of variable winding velocity was established .With a lifting system of 40 t container crane as the research object ,motion trace equation of the zigzag‐shaped groove drum was deducted for ideal winding process to simulate the winding velocity ,and analyzed the dynamics of lifting system during acceleration ,constant speed ,deceleration and stop stage . T he displacement response of lifting system and time history of wire rope tension was obtained ,and dynamic load coefficient under different phase positions of helix part and amplitudes of variation were calculated .The re‐sults showed that drum winding velocity of variation cannot be ignored .The changing trend of wire rope tension was the same with the displacement of the end part at crane's boom ,and the high frequency part of tension resulted from the variation of winding velocity .As the phase posi‐tion of helix part and amplitudes of velocity variation increased ,not only the fluctuation ampli‐tude of wire rope tension increased ,but also the dynamic load coefficients at different stage be‐came bigger .And the stage that had the max dynamic load coefficient changed from acceleration stage to constant speed stage .T he research results lay a foundation for dynamic performance op‐timizing and reliability design of lifting system of container crane .%为研究双折线卷筒收绳速度的变化对起升系统的影响,建立了考虑速度变化激励的岸桥起升机构动力学模型。并以40 t单大梁岸桥起升机构为研究对象,模拟了电机从启动到匀速最后减速到停止的起升过程,得到了起升系统中支撑结构、吊物的振动位移响应和钢丝绳张力的变化,在此基础上对双折线卷筒的螺旋区相位和半径变化幅值的大小对动载特性的影响进行了研究。结果表明,双折线卷筒收绳速度变化的影响会增加钢丝绳张力的波动,且波动幅值随着螺旋区相位和半径变化幅值的增大而增大。这为起升机构的动态性能优化和可靠性设计奠定基础。
