变电运行与检修岗位胜任特征模型的建构与验证

         

摘要

目的:建构并验证电力系统变电运行与检修岗位员工的胜任特征模型.方法:采用文献研究、行为事件访谈、问卷调查和交叉验证的方法.结果:编制了“变电运行与检修岗位员工胜任特征调查表”,总量表和分量表都具有较高的信度和效度.结论:变电运行与检修岗位员工胜任特征模型由职业技能与素养、个性心理、工作态度、自我提升和人际关系5个维度构成,共包含24项胜任特征.%Objective: To construct and validate the competency model of substation employees at operation & maintenance posts of power system. Method: Literature analysis,Behaviour Event Interview (BEI),questionnaire survey and cross-validation. Results: "Questionnaire on Competencies of Substation Employees at Operation & Maintenance Posts" was formed,and this questionnaire and its subscales had high reliability and validity. Conclusion: The Competency Model of Substation Employees at Operation & Maintenance Posts of Power System consisted of 24 competencies,which could be divided into five categories: vocational skills and qualities,personality traits,work attitude,self-enhancement and interpersonal relationship.
