DNTF-C MDB推进剂性能的实验研究

         

摘要

为研究DNTF-CMDB推进剂的性能,按照国军标方法测试了其能量、比容、燃烧性能、安全性能、力学性能和内弹道性能,并与HMX-CMDB推进剂的相关性能进行了比较。结果表明,DNTF-CMDB推进剂的比容较大、爆热和密度较小,其密度、爆热和比容分别为1.684g/cm3、4586J/g和739L/kg;DNTF-CMDB推进剂可以实现平台燃烧,20~50℃的燃速温度敏感系数较大;对热刺激较为敏感,但机械感度较低;20℃和50℃时压缩率较高,分别为43.8%和46.4%,-40℃时抗压强度为175 MPa。50 mm发动机试验测得比冲约为2162.7 N ·s/kg(10 MPa)。%In order to study the properties of DNTF-CMDB propellant,the energy,specific volume,combustion performance,safety,mechanical properties and inner ballistic characteristics of DNTF-CMDB propellants were tested according to the military standard,and compared,with those of HMX-CMDB propellant.Results show that DNTF-CMDB propellants have higher specific volume,less density and explosion heat.Its density,explosion heat and specificvolumeare1.684g/cm3,4586J/gand739L/kg,respectively.Theycanachievetheplateaucombustion effect,while the temperature sensitivity of burning-rate is higher at 20-50℃.It is sensitive to heat but has lower mechanical sensitivies.The compression ratio is higher with the value of 43.8% and 46.4% at 20℃ and 50℃.The compressive strength is 175 MPa at -40℃.The specific impulse can reach to 2 162.7 N·s/kg inΦ50 mm rocket motor at 10 MPa.
