铝热剂对双基推进剂激光点火特性的影响

         

摘要

用纳米及微米铝粉、纳米氧化铅、纳米氧化铜和纳米三氧化二铋为原料,采用超声分散复合的方法,制备了铝热剂AI/PbO、Al/CuO和Al/Bi2O3.采用XRD、SEM-EDS和FTIR对原料和产物的物相、组成、形貌和结构进行表征;采用CO2激光点火实验方法,研究了含不同铝热剂双基(MIC-DB)推进剂在不同热流密度下的点火特性,探讨了铝粉粒度及氧化剂类型对MIC-DB推进剂点火性能的影响.结果表明,铝热剂型双基推进剂的点火延迟时间随热流密度增加而递减,且热流密度较高时,点火延迟时间变化趋缓,Al粉粒径和氧化剂类型对推进剂点火延迟时间均有影响,影响的程度与热流密度大小有关.%Thermites Al/PbO, Al/CuO and Al/Bi2O3 were prepared by ultrasonic dispersion method using nano-Al,micro-Al, nano-PbO, nano-CuO and nano-Bi2O3 as raw materials. The physical phase, composition, morphology,structure of raw materials and products were characterized by XRD, SEM-EDS and FTIR. Laser ignition analysis method was employed to study the ignition characteristics of MIC-DB propellants at different laser fluxes, and the effect of aluminum powder particle size and oxidizer type on ignition characteristics of MIC-DB propellants were discussed. The results indicate that the ignition delay time (IDT) of MIC-DB propellants decrease with the heating flux increasing and the change tendency is slowly convergent. The size of aluminum powder and the type of oxidizer have some effects on the IDT, and the degree of influence has related with the heating flux of laser.
