The cooperation in science and technology among various institutes plays a key role in improvement of the ability of inno-vation and speeding up achievement transformation. Especially for development of various industries in China, the cooperation among government departments, enterprises, universities and research institutes is particularly important. The importance of scientific and technological cooperation is analyzed by data of the achievements and problems in the cooperation practices of fisheries, such as the national fishery science and technology cooperation network. The mechanisms of further development of the fishery scientific and technological cooperation are discussed for further promotion of the efficient allocation and comprehensive integration of scientific and technological resources, and the establishment of a new mechanism of science and technology cooperation is suggested to meet the re-quirements of the new situation.%科技协作是提高创新能力和加速成果转化的重要手段，政府部门、企业、高校、科研院所的科技协作对我国各产业的发展尤为重要。本文分析了科技协作的重要性，以全国渔业科技协作网为实例，在总结其取得的发展成果和存在的问题基础上探讨了进一步深化渔业科技协作，促进科技资源高效配置和综合集成的新机制。
