Objective To explore the curative effection of montelukast on 60 cases with acute exacer-bations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 60 patients (control group) were treated with conventional basic treatment, and 50 patients were added Monteiukast (treatment group) on this basis, pulmonary function and blood gas anaiysis were detected before and after 2 weeks of treatment. Results Aftre the treatment, the pulmonary function and the blood gas analysis of the treatment group were better than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical effection of Montelukast in treatment of acute exacetbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is signiifcant, it is worth in clinical practice.%目的观察孟鲁司特治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的疗效。方法60例患者（对照组）采用常规治疗方法，60例患者（治疗组）在常规治疗基础上加用孟鲁司特片，检测治疗前和治疗2周后两组肺功能及血气分析相关指标。结果治疗后对照组及治疗组肺功能、血气分析均有改善，且治疗组肺功能及血气分析各项指标优于对照组，差异具有显著性（P＜0.05）。结论孟鲁司特辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期疗效确切，值得临床推广。
