Biliary stricture refers to reduction of biliary tract patency caused by various factors,and can be divided into benign and malignant biliary strictures.Different treatments are taken based on the etiology and type of biliary tract diseases.Surgical treatment is the main treatment for biliary stricture diseases in the past.However,with the wide application of endoscopic therapy,it begins to play an important role in the treatment of biliary tract diseases.This article reviewed the application of digestive endoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of biliary stricture.%胆管狭窄是指各种因素导致的胆管通畅程度降低,可分为良性和恶性胆管狭窄.根据胆管疾病的病因和分型不同,常采用不同的治疗方法.以往胆管狭窄性疾病的治疗以外科手术为主,然而随着内镜治疗广泛应用于临床,其在胆管疾病的治疗中发挥重要作用.本文就消化内镜在胆管狭窄诊治中的应用作一综述.
