目的 探讨对早期声门型喉癌患者采用低温等离子消融术治疗的临床效果.方法 选取早期声门型喉癌患者120例,按照随机数字表的方法分为观察组(n=60)和对照组(n=60),观察组的患者采用低温等离子消融术进行治疗,对照组的患者采用喉部分切开术进行治疗.两组患者进行为期2年的随访,比较两组患者的术后并发症发生率、术后复发率、术后2年时生存患者的生存质量评分.结果 观察组患者的术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者的术后并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后2年时,观察组生存患者的生活质量各项评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 对早期声门型喉癌患者采用低温等离子消融术进行治疗并发症少,能够提升患者术后的生存质量.%Objective To study the effect of low temperature plasma radiofrequency treatment on early glottis type of laryngeal cancer of elderly patients.Methods 120 patients with early glottis type of throat cancer were divided into observation (n=60) and control groups (n=60), the observation group was treated by plasma radiofrequency treatment at low temperature,the control group was treated with laryngeal part dissection.The incidence of postoperative complications, postoperative recurrence rate, 1 year, 2 years survival rate and survival of the patient's quality of life score were analyzed.Results The postoperative complication rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05), the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05);1 year, 2 years survival rate between the two groups had no statistical significances (P> 0.05).After 2 years post operation,the scores of life quality of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusions Low temperature plasma radiofrequency treating early glottis type of laryngeal cancer could improve the life quality.
