Objective To analyze the composing principles of the prescriptions for medium and advanced lung cancer collected in CNKI by Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Platform( TCMIS) to provide a reference for clinical selection of medication.Methods The prescriptions used for Medium and advanced lung cancer in CNKI were collected to analyze the composing principles by data mining method after data entry.Results Based on the analysis of 297 cases of prescriptions,the frequency of each herb included in the database was computed,48 core combinations and 10 new prescriptions were mined from the database.Conclusions TCMIS could be used to input,ad-ministrate,search and analyze the prescriptions,and realize the composing principle of formulae for medium and advanced lung cancer,and provide effective guidance for clinical treatment and basic research in medium and advanced lung cancer.%目的：基于中医传承辅助平台软件分析挖掘中文期刊全文数据库（ CNKI）中有关中晚期肺癌方剂组方及规律。方法收集 CNKI中治疗中晚期肺癌方剂，录入中医传承辅助平台，采用软件集成的数据挖掘方法，分析治疗中晚期肺癌方剂的组方规律。结果筛选出297个治疗中晚期肺癌的方剂，得出方中药物出现的频次，常用药对48个，演化新处方6个。结论利用中医传承辅助平台对中药方剂数据的录入、管理、查询和分析功能，可实现对中晚期肺癌方剂的组方规律分析，为临床中晚期肺癌治疗和基础研究提供有效指导。
