高脂血症对脑缺血大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛和脑组织细胞间黏附分子-1、新生血管的影响

         

摘要

目的:探讨高脂血症对脑缺血大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和脑组织细胞间黏附分子(ICAM)-1及新生血管影响。方法构建高脂血症复合大脑动脉缺血模型,酶联免疫法( ELISA)检测血清SOD和 MDA 的含量和免疫组化法测定脑组织中 ICAM-1和 CD34的表达。结果复合脑缺血组与单纯脑缺血组相比较,血清MDA在缺血3、7 d含量均下降(P<0.05);复合脑缺血组与单纯脑缺血组比较,脑组织梗死边缘区ICAM-1和CD34在缺血3、7 d表达增高( P<0.05)。结论高脂血症对脑缺血在不同时期相关因素具有特异性的表达有影响,这可能在脑缺血恢复期有助于脑组织损伤的修复。%Objective To analyze the effect of hyperlipidemia on serum content of superoxide dismutase ( SOD ) , malonaldehyde ( MDA) and the expression of ICAM-1 and new vessels in brain of cerebral ischemia model rats .Methods middle Cerebral artery occlusion model was constructed with hyperlipidemia .Serum concentration of MDA and SOD were measured by ELISA , and the expressions of ICAM-1 and CD34 in brain were detected by immunohistochemistry and the volume of cerebral ischemia was calculated by TTC staining meth -od.Results The volume of cerebral ischemia was significantly reduced in day 7 after the cerebral ischemia with hyperlipidemia ( P<0.05 ) . The content of MDA and SOD were significantly reduced in day 3 and day 7 after the cerebral ischemia with hyperlipidemia (P<0.05).The expressions of ICAM-1 and CD34 were significantly reduced in day 7 after the cerebral ischemia with hyperlipidemia (P<0.05).Conclusions The effect of hyperlipidemia on the related factors of the difference stages of cerebral ischemia has specific expression , which is contributed to the recovery of the brain tissue lesion with cerebral ischemia .
