Objective To research the effect of Shenxiong glucose injection on airway remodeling in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). Methods A randomized controlled clinical trail was conducted in 60 patients with IPF. 40 patients were treated by Shenxiong glucose injection and 20 patients were treated by 5% glucose injection for 10 weeks. ELJSA was applied to detect TGF-p, . Results TGF-p, positive expression was similar to each other in two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After 2 weeks,TGF-β1, positive expression was the same as before(P>0.05) ,after 6 weeks,TGF-p, positive expression was less than that of before(P<0.05) .after 10 weeks,TGF-β1 positive expression still was less than that of before( P < 0. 05) in Shenxiong glucose group. But in contrast group, TGF-p, positive expression was the same as before from beginning to end(P>0. 05). Conclusions Shenxiong glucose has an significant effect on improving airway remodeling in patients with IPF at a certain time, it is worth to popularize.%目的 评价参芎葡萄糖注射液对特发性肺间质纤维化(IPF)患者气道重塑的影响.方法 采用随机对照研究60例IPF患者,参芎葡萄糖组使用参芎葡萄糖注射液,对照组使用5％葡萄糖注射液,总观察时间10 w,治疗前、治疗2、6、10 w进行ELISA测定痰中转化生长因子(TGF)-β1.结果 治疗前两组患者TGF-β1表达无显著差异(P＞0.05),具有可比性.参芎葡萄糖组治疗2 w后,TGF-β1表达较治疗前有所下降,但无显著统计学差异(P＞0.05)；治疗6w后,TGF-β1表达较治疗前显著下降(P＜0.05)；治疗10 w后,TGF-β1表达较治疗前显著下降(P＜0.05).然而对照组TGF-β1表达较治疗前始终无显著变化(P＞0.05).结论 在一定疗程下,参芎葡萄糖注射液对IPF气道重塑具有一定的治疗价值,值得推广.
