Objective To observe the curative effect of integrative traditional chinese and western medicine on Candidal stomatitis. Methods A total of 97 cases were randomized into two groups,and both were treated with itraconazole capsule. Integrative medical treatment was given additionally to the treated group(51 cases) ,according to syndrome differentiatian. The course was tow weeks for both groups. The changes of clinical symptoms and the effective rate were observed,and the next study was implemented two weeks after withdrawing medication to compare the relapse rate between groups. Results The symptoms were improved after treatment in both groups. The clinical effective rate of the treated group was 88.24% ,and the that of the control group was 71.74%. The result had statistical significance (P<0.05). After treatment,the relapse rate of treated group was 13.0%,which was obviously lower than that of the control group 50.0%. The result had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusions Integrative medical treatment could improve the clinical symptoms with high efficacy and low relapse rate.%目的 观察中西医结合治疗念珠菌性口炎的疗效.方法 选择97例念珠菌性口炎患者随机分为对照组46例和观察组51例.观察组按中医辨证分型施治,同时口服伊曲康唑胶囊100mg,1次/d;对照组口服伊曲康唑肢囊100 mg,1次/d.疗程均为2周.观察2组临床症状变化及有效率,停药后2周复查,比较复发率.结果 2组·治疗后临床症状均有改善,总有效率观察组为88.24％,对照组为71.74％,观察组疗效明显优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后复发率比较,观察组为13.0％,对照组为50.0％,观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 中西医结合治疗念珠菌性口炎可改善临床症状,提高有效率,降低复发率.
