目的 探讨颈动脉超声检查在飞行人员血管健康评价中的实用价值.方法 对310例飞行人员进行颈动脉超声检测,分析检查结果与年龄、体重指数、腰围、血压、血脂、血糖、尿酸等因素的关系.结果 310例受检者颈动脉超声检查异常检出率为1.94%(6/310),均＞40岁,其中1例重度吸烟,1例高脂血症并超重,4例并存高血压、高脂血症、腹型肥胖、超重等;4例存在颈动脉斑块.偏相关分析显示,以年龄作为控制因素后,颈总动脉内径和内中膜厚度与腰围、收缩压、舒张压、三酰甘油、尿酸呈正相关,与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇呈负相关(P＜0.05).结论 颈动脉超声检查对飞行人员亚临床颈动脉硬化及心血管风险的预测、预警,具有十分重要的意义.%Objective To discuss the significance of carotid ultrasonography in vascular health assessment of aircrew,in order to provide the basis for the prevention of subclinical atherosclerosis. Methods In 310 cases of aircrew member,the carotid ultrasonography and correlation factors were analyzed,which included age,body mass index,waist circumference,blood pressure,blood Lipid,glucose and uric acid. Results Anomaly detection rate among the subjects were 1.94％(6/310),and all of them were over the age of 40. 1 case was a heavy smoker, 1 case had hyperlipidemia and was overweight. 4 cases had hypertension,hyperlipidemia,abdominal obesity, and were overweight. Partial correlation analysis showed when age was made the control factor, the common carotid artery diameter and intima-media thickness were positively correlated with waist circumference, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, serum triglyceride and uric acid. At the same time,they were negatively correlated with serum high density lipoprotein (P＜0.05). Conclusions The application of carotid ultrasonograp is of great significance for subclinical carotid atherosclerosis and cardiovascular risk prediction in aircrew.
