目的 了解广州地区医学留学生孤独感现状,并对其影响因素进行分析,为改善医学留学生孤独感现状和建立相应防治对策提供理论依据.方法 采用R-UCLA孤独量表、网络成瘾量表(IAT)、一般健康问卷(GHQ)和简明应对方式量表对256名在华医学留学生孤独感现状进行调查,并分析网络使用状况、一般健康水平、应对策略及恋爱状态等因素对孤独感影响.结果 广州地区医学留学生孤独感总分为(35.86±14.28)分,正在恋爱的留学生孤独感水平低于单身留学生(P<0.01).幻想(r=0.342)、否认(r=0.479)、药物滥用(r=0.358)、自责(r=0.498)、回避(r=0.412)、发泄(r=0.304)等适应不良应对策略与孤独感呈正相关(P均<0.01),幽默(r=-0.274)、计划(r=-0.183)、接受(r=-0.144)等适应性应对策略与孤独感呈负相关(P均<0.05).网络使用、一般健康、否认、自责、回避等适应不良应对策略对留学生孤独感有预测作用.结论 恋爱状态、一般健康、网络使用和应对策略是影响广州地区医学留学生孤独感程度的重要因素,医学院校应加大对留学生适应性指导.%Objective To explore the situation of loneliness and its influencing factors,and provide scientific the-oretical basis for improving their loneliness and establishing countermeasures for international medical students in Guangzhou. Methods 256 international medical students in Guangzhou were surveyed by using GHQ,IAT,UCLA-loneliness and brief cope questionnaire.The impact of internet use,general health,coping strategies,loving statue and other factors on loneli-ness were analyzed.Results The average score of loneliness was (35.86 ±14.28) in medical international students in Guangzhou.The loneliness level of the students who were being in love were lower than that of single students (P <0.01). Maladaptation coping strategies included fantasy (r =0.342),denial (r =0.479),drug use (r =0.358),blaming (r =0.498),avoiding (r =0.412)and venting (r =0.304)had positive correlation with loneliness (all P <0.01).Adapta-tion coping strategies included humor (r =-0.274),planning (r =-0.183)and acceptance (r =-0.144)had nega-tive correlation with loneliness (all P <0.05).Moreover,Internet use,general health status,and maladaptation coping strategies included denial,blaming and avoiding maybe predict loneliness.Conclusion General health status,internet use and coping strategies are important influencing factors of loneliness in international medical students in Guangzhou.Guidance for international students'adaptability should be strengthened in schools.
