Objective To investigate awareness of health education in basic public health services in urban and ru-ral residents.Methods Sampling method was used to select 407 urban and rural residents in Fushun and Yingkou City. Results A total of 407 residents were enrolled in this survey,average age was (41.07 ±11.65)years old.The overall awareness rate of health education in basic public health services in urban and rural residents was 49.0%,40.2% in urban residents and 57.9% in rural residents.The awareness rate in rural area was higher than that of urban area (P <0.05).A-bout 5 kinds of health education services,the implementation rate of individualized health education guidance was low,both lower than 50% in urban and rural areas.The awareness rate of publicity column and health education materials was high, both higher than 70% in urban and rural areas.The utilization rate of health education lecture and health consulting activities was high,both higher than 65% in urban and rural areas.Conclusion The awareness rate of health education in basic public health services among rural residents was higher than that of urban residents,and the overall level remains to be im-proved.%目的 了解城乡居民基本公共卫生健康教育服务知晓情况.方法 对抚顺市和营口市部分城乡居民进行抽样调查.采用SPSS 17.0统计软件进行均数和率的分析.结果 共调查407人,平均年龄(41.07±11.65)岁,文化程度以初中(45.7%)和大专及以上(30.7%)为主.城乡居民国家基本公共卫生服务知晓情况约为49.0%,城市居民约为40.2%,农村居民约为57.9%,农村高于城市,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);健康教育5项服务内容中,个体化健康教育指导的开展率较低,城市、农村都低于50%;健康教育宣传栏、健康教育资料知晓率较高,城市、农村都高于70%;健康教育讲座和健康教育咨询活动利用率较高,城市、农村都高于65%.结论 调查地区农村居民基本公共卫生健康教育服务知晓率明显高于城市居民,但整体水平有待于提高.
