Objective To understand the affecting factors on the development of public health service for the Uyghur families in the rural areas of Xinjiang.Methods By using self-designed survey chart of development of public service for families in the rural areas,conducted questionary survey for 603 families in rural area.Results From the single factor analysis showed that there was significant difference among age (x2 =18.377,P ＜ 0.01),education (x2 =14.473,P ＜ 0.01),health (x2 =23.228,P＜0.01),the territory (x2 =7.522,P＜0.05) in the total score of different public health services (P ＜ 0.05).Influencing factors of access to public health service in the ordered logistic regression analysis results showed that when housewives take daily good health as a reference,the daily health condition (OR =0.421,P ＜ 0.05) is the risk factor of the rural family to obtain the public health service;when making family economy higher than 5000 yuan as the reference,family economic situation less than 1000 yuan (OR =0.413,P ＜ 0.05) is the risk factor for rural households to obtain public health service.Conclusion It is necessary to optimize the distribution of human resources,improve the professional skills of public health care nursing staff,strengthen the publicity of public health projects,enhance the awareness of self care,which are inportant parts in the process of improving the implementation of basic public health service.%目的 了解新疆农村维吾尔族家庭公共卫生服务利用情况影响因素.方法 使用自行设计的农村家庭获取公共卫生服务情况调查表,对603户的农村家庭主妇进行问卷调查.结果 从单因素分析可见年龄(x2=18.377,P＜0.01)、文化程度(x2 =14.473,P＜0.01)、健康状况(x2=23.228,P＜0.01)、各疆域(x2=7.522,P＜0.05)在不同公共卫生服务总得分等级之间的差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),获取公共卫生服务状况影响因素有序Logistic回归分析结果显示家庭主妇以日常健康状况良好为参照时,日常健康状况一般(OR=0.421,P＜0.05)是农村家庭获取公共卫生服务的危险因素;以家庭经济高于5000元为参照时,家庭经济状况低于1000元(OR=0.413,P＜0.05)是农村家庭获取公共卫生服务的危险因素.结论 应进一步完善乡村公共卫生服务人力资源配置,提高基层医疗服务机构技术人员专业技能,加强宣传力度,普及保健常识,提高农村居民自我保护意识,促进基本公共卫生服务的开展.
