基于知识管理的城市社区健康教育现状及影响因素分析

         

摘要

Objective To analyze the development situation and factors of urban community health education on the view of knowledge management.Methods Simple random sampling was used to select 250 urban community residents from 5 communities who were investigated by using questionnaires in June 2015.Besides,logistic regression analysis,spearson univariate and Chi-square test were applied to evaluate the influencing factors and their effect on the knowledge management of urban community health education.Results The average age of respondent was (43.54 ± 14.35) and 45.63% of them were males.In terms of the knowledge sharing of community health education,only 7.28% of respondent often shared health knowledge,while 79.13% of them shared occasionally and 13.59% of them were never to do that.In terms of the knowledge learning,comparing with those males,the grade of knowledge learning of females was higher (OR =1.81).The grade of knowledge learning of people whose age between 15 to 30,30 to 45,45 to 60 and over 60 were higher,and the OR values were 2.55,1.92,1.70,1.57.The grade of knowledge learning of people who were college education or above was higher 3.88.In terms of the knowledge application,the grade of their age between 30 to 45 years old was highest 2.17,and people who had 2000 to 4000 Yuan had highest grade 1.57.According to the value of Chi-square (P < 0.05),there are significant differences between the grade of the knowledge learning and application of community health education.Conclusion The knowledge sharing of community health education has a noticeable low lever.And the grade of knowledge learning and application are influenced by many factors,more attention should be paid to the knowledge management of community health education.%目的 基于知识管理研究城市社区健康教育现状及其影响因素.方法 2015年6月采用简单随机抽样方法抽取宿迁5个社区250名城市居民进行问卷调查并对社区健康教育知识管理效果及影响因素进行分析.结果 调查对象平均年龄(43.54±14.35)岁,男性占45.63%.在社区健康教育知识共享方面,偶尔分享、经常分享、很少分享比例分别为79.13%、7.28%和13.59%.知识学习得分等级方面:以男性为参照,女性学习得分等级较高(OR=1.81);以小于15岁者为参照,OR值依次为15 ~ 30岁为2.55、30 ~45岁为1.92、45~60岁为1.70、60岁以上者为1.57;以小学及以下文化者为参照,文化程度越高,OR值越大,最大者为大专以上文化的3.88.知识应用得分等级方面:以小于15岁者为参照,30 ~45岁者OR值最大为2.17;以收入小于2000元者为参照,收入在2000 ~4000元者OR值最大为1.57.x2检验显示,社区健康教育知识学习和应用得分等级间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 社区健康教育知识共享程度不高;知识学习及应用得分等级分别受到多因素的影响,应重视城市社区健康教育知识管理循环工作.
