乌鲁木齐市中学生健康素养现状调查

摘要

目的 了解和掌握乌鲁木齐市初中生健康素养水平,为深入开展学生健康教育与健康促进工作提供理论依据.方法 采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法,抽取乌鲁木齐市15所中学的八年级学生,使用自行编制的《乌鲁木齐市中学生健康素养监测问卷》,以学生自填的方式进行问卷调查.结果 本次共调查2862名学生,男生1435人,女生1418人.乌鲁木齐市初中生具备健康素养的比例是3.7％.针对三方面健康素养水平,具备健康知识与理念素养的人占38.3％,健康生活方式与行为的人占4.6％,基本技能素养为50.1％.针对6类健康问题素养水平,具备科学健康观的人占5.2％,传染病防治13.5％,慢性病防治11.3％,安全与急救21.5％,基本医疗74.5％,健康信息17.8％.结论 乌鲁木齐市初中生健康素养水平较低,急待提高,应该将健康素养培养纳入学校教育中,以培养健康行为为目标,为塑造具有良好健康素养的公民奠定基础.%Objective To understand health literacy level of middle school students in Urumqi,and to provide theoretical basis for further health education and health promotion.Methods By using the method of stratified cluster random sampling,students of Grade 8 in 15 middle schools in Urumqi City were selected.A self-designed questionnaire "Urumqi City middle school students health literacy monitoring questionnaire" was used to conduct questionnaire survey among the students.Results Totally 2862 students,which included 1435 boys and 1418 girls,were enrolled into investigation.The proportion of students with health literacy in Urumqi was 3.7％.According to 3 aspects of health literacy,the percentage of students who had satisfied health knowledge and the concept of quality was 38.3％,4.6％ for healthy lifestyle and behavior,50.1％ for basic skills of literacy.In view of 6 kinds of health literacy,the percentage of students who had satisfied scientific and health views was 5.2％,13.5％ for infectious disease prevention and control,11.3％ for chronic disease prevention and control,21.5％ for safety and first aid,74.5％ for basic health care,17.8％ for health information.Conclusion Middle school students in Urumqi City had relatively low level of health literacy,it needs to be improved.The health literacy training should be included in school education in order to cultivate healthy behavior and lay a foundation for good health literacy of citizens.
