目的：了解石家庄市4类人群的体质指数（BMI）及其超重、肥胖的相关知识、态度和行为，为开展体重控制相关干预提供依据。方法采用随机整群抽样方法在石家庄市2个监测点调查18～45周岁的公务员、企业管理人员、事业单位人员和大学生共1680人，用 SPSS 13.0软件进行统计分析。结果石家庄市居民4类人群的超重率为30.1％，肥胖率为10.3％。公务员、企业管理人员、事业单位人员、大学生超重率分别为39.8％、34.3％、37.4％和12.3％，肥胖率分别为13.3％、12.0％和4.1％和3.1％。调查对象对体质指数的知晓率较低，对肥胖是病的知晓率较高。采取体重控制行为的总比例为80.5％，其中公务员会采取体重控制行为的比例为85.0％，企业管理人员为83.7％，事业单位人员为77.3％，大学生为76.8％。结论石家庄市人群的超重、肥胖率较高；对相关知识、态度和行为的比例还较低，因此应加强公众健康教育，普及超重肥胖危害知识，帮助人们形成良好的膳食和运动习惯，以保持良好健康的身体状况。%Objective To understand the status of BMI and related knowledge,attitudes and behaviors among four kinds of populations in Shijiazhuang City,and provide reference for carrying out weight control related intervention.Meth-ods 1680 participants aged 18 to 45 years old including civil servants,corporate executives,business unit personnel and students were selected by a randomized cluster sampling method from 2 monitoring points in Shijiazhuang City.The data was analyzed by SPSS 13.0.Results The overall overweight rate was 30.1%,the overall obesity rate was 10.3%.The rates of overweight in civil servants,corporate executives,business unit personnel,college students were 39.8%,34.3%, 37.4%,and 12.3%,respectively.The respective rates of obesity were 13.3%,12.0%,4.1%,and 3.1%,respec-tively.The awareness rate of BIMwas low,but the awareness rate of “The obesity is a disease”was higher.The rate of adop-ting weight control behavior was 80.5%,the rates in civil servants,corporate executives,business unit personnel,college students were 85.0%,83.7%,77.3%,and 76.8%,respectively.Conclusion The rates of overweight and obesity were higher among the populations in Shijiazhuang.All participants on weight control-related knowledge,attitudes and be-haviors were not optimistic perception.Public health education focus on the hazards of overweight and obesity should be strengthened to help people form a good diet and exercise habits to keep themselves healthy.
