Objective To understand the status of health literacy among residents of Wuhou District, Sichuan Province, to provide evidence for formulating and evaluating policies and intervention measures of health education. Methods 400 residents from 4 communities of Wuhou District were selected by stratified cluster random sampling and surveyed by face-to-face interview. Results The proportion of residents who held health literacy was 27. 0%. 32. 5% of residents had basic health knowledge and concept 18.0% of them held health behaviors. 46. 3% of them had basic health skills. In terms of five aspects of health literacy, 38.3% of residents had scientific health concept 36. 8% of them had the knowledge about infectious disease prevention. 13.0% of them held the literacy of chronic disease prevention. 76. 3% of them held safety and first aid literacy. 16. 3% of them had basic medical literacy. Conclusion Health promotion and health intervention should be focused on the areas in where the residents' literacy levels were low.%对四川省成都市武侯区居民健康素养水平进行调查,为制定健康教育政策、干预措施提供依据.方法 选取武侯区2个城区街道和2个农村街道,随机抽取400名居民进行问卷调查.结果 居民具备健康素养的总体水平为27.0％,具备基本知识和理念素养的占32.5％；具备健康生活方式与行为的占18.0％；具备基本健康技能的占46.3％.针对5类健康问题的健康素养,具备科学健康观的占38.3％,具备传染病预防素养的占36.8％,具备慢性病预防素养的占13.0％,具备安全与急救素养的占76.3％,具备基本医疗素养的占16.3％.结论 针对居民对5类健康问题知晓率较低的部分,重点加强健康促进和干预.
