二维超声测量子宫内膜厚度结合彩色多普勒检测在评价药物流产后宫内残留的诊断价值研究

         

摘要

目的:探讨二维超声检查测量子宫内膜厚度结合彩色多普勒检测在评价药物流产后宫内残留中的诊断价值。方法对比性分析101例不全流产患者与101例完全流产患者流产2周后的超声图像,评价测量子宫内膜厚度结合彩色多普勒检查对诊断宫内残留的应用价值。结果两组药物流产患者中,12例完全流产患者子宫内膜厚度>9 mm;81例不全流产患者子宫内膜厚度>9 mm(P<0.001),彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)可检测到星点状,不规则血流彩色信号,或近宫腔处局部肌壁呈血流丰富区。结论药物流产2周后子宫内膜厚度大于9 mm,结合CDFI检测到异常血流信号,提示存在宫内残留。因此通过二维超声检查测量子宫内膜厚度结合彩色多普勒检测在评价药物流产后是否宫内残留具有重要的应用价值。%ObjectiveTo study the diagnostic value of inner membrane of uterus measured by ultrasonography connection color Doppler detection in drug abortion intrauterine residue.Methods Contrast study is done in the ultrasound image of 101 cases of drug abortion intrauterine residue and 101 cases of complete abortion after 2 weeks, to evaluate the application of the inner membrane of uterus and color Doppler detection. ResultsIn the two groups of drug abortion, the thickness of inner membrane of uterus is less than 9 mm in 89 cases of complete abortion, and more than 9 mm in 81 cases of drug abortion intrauterine residue (P<0.001). All of the display of color Doppler detection is star pointlike color signal or a local abundant blood flow nearly uterine muscle.Conclusion When the thickness of inner membrane of uterus after 2 weeks in drug abortion is more than 9 mm, combined with the color signal by Doppler detection, the diagnosis of intrauterine residue is suggested. So the combination of the two methods has important value in diagnosis.
