目的:探讨十堰市妇女重复人工流产状况影响因素,以期为临床降低流产率提供依据.方法:回顾性分析2011年3月至2013年7月215例十堰市妇女患者,对其中重复人工流产进行影响因素分析.结果:215例妇女中重复人工流产31例,发生率为14.42％,其中年龄低(20～25岁)、文化程度低、低收入(＜4万元/年)、流动人口、未婚、不了解避孕知识是十堰市妇女重复人工流产单危险因素(P均＜0.05),也是独立危险因素(P值分别为0.011、0.013、0.014、0.023、0.025、0.027).结论:流动人口、文化程度低、收入低、未婚、不了解避孕知识是十堰市妇女重复人工流产的影响因素,要加强对人工重复流产危害性等宣传,做好避孕保护,以降低重复流产率.%Objectives:To explore influencing factors of repeated abortion in Shiyan in order to provide clinical basis for reducing the abortion rate.Methods:215 female patients in Shiyan city from March 2011 to July 2013 were selected for retrospective analysis to explore the influencing factors of repeated abortion.Results:Among the 215 subjects,31 ones had repeated abortion with an incidence of 14.42％.Young age (20-25 years),low education level,low income (＜40,000 yuan/year),migrants,unmarried and do not understand the contraception knowledge was single risk factors of repeated abortions in Shiyan (P ＜ 0.05),and also independent risk factors (p values were 0.011,0.013,0.014,0.023,0.025,0.027).Conclusion:The migrant population,low education,low income,unmarried,and do not understand the contraceptive knowledge are influencing factors of repeated abortion in Shiyan.Publicity including the dangers of repeated abortions should be strengthened for better contraceptive protection,in order to reduce the rate of repeated abortion.
