Objectives:To investigate the effects of measles infection during pregnancy on pregnancy outcome for better prevention.Methods:39 pregnant women with measles infection in our hospital from May 2014 to February 2016 were selected as infection group,while 39 non-measles infected women were selected as control group.The Apgar score,blood routine examination,pregnancy outcome,cardiac function and liver function of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in Apgar score (P ＞ 0.05).The rate of abnormal white blood ceils,abnormal neutrophil and hypokalemia in infection group were significantly higher than the control group,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).There were 7 cases (17.95 ％) of spontaneous abortion,2 cases (5.13％) of stillbirth,6 cases (15.38％) of fetal distress,3 cases (7.69％) of neonatal measles in the infection group;while 2 cases (5.13％) of spontaneous abortion,one case(2.56％) of stillbirth,2 cases (5.13％) of fetal distress in the control group.The CK-MB,CK and ALT in infection group were significantly higher than the control group,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Measles infection during pregnancy can lead to miscarriage,stillbirth,fetal distress and other adverse pregnancy outcomes,meanwhile affects the maternal heart and liver dysfunction.Therefore,pregnant women of childbearing age should be vaccinated against measles in clinic.%目的:探讨妊娠期麻疹感染对妊娠结局的影响,明确该病的防治要点.方法:选取2014年5月至2016年2月我院收治的妊娠期麻疹感染妇女39例(感染组)及同期到我院接受检查的无麻疹感染孕妇39例(对照组),比较两组Apgar评分、血常规、妊娠结局及心功能、肝功能.结果:两组新生儿Apgar评分无显著差异(P＞0.05),感染组患者的白细胞异常率、中性粒细胞异常率及低钾血症发生率均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).感染组自然流产7例(17.95％),死胎2例(5.13％),宫内窘迫6例(15.38％),新生儿麻疹3例(7.69％);对照组自然流产2例(5.13％),死胎1例(2.56％),宫内窘迫2例(5.13％).感染组患者的CK-MB(肌酸激酶同工酶)、CK(肌酸激酶)及ALT(谷丙转氨酶)均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:妊娠期麻疹感染易引起流产、死胎宫内窘迫等不良妊娠结局,产妇心、肝功能异常,临床上应对育龄期及备孕妇女接种麻疹疫苗.
