目的:研究通络熄风起痿汤治疗血瘀肾虚型勃起功能障碍的临床疗效.方法:选取符合病例入选标准,同时不符合排除标准的勃起功能障碍患者106例,随机平均分为通络熄风起痿汤治疗组和苁蓉益肾颗粒对照组,每组各53例患者.治疗开始前以及治疗4周后分别记录患者的IIEF-5评分、中医证候评分,并对其各项评分进行系统分析.结果:通络熄风起痿汤治疗组和苁蓉益肾颗粒对照组分别脱落3例,最终有效病例为100例,通络熄风起痿汤与苁蓉益肾颗粒均能改善血瘀肾虚型勃起功能障碍临床症状.通络熄风起痿汤总有效率达76.0％,苁蓉益肾颗粒总有效率是58.0％.在IIEF-5评分、中医证候评分(血瘀肾虚型)评分方面,两组疗前疗后均有显著差别.通络熄风起痿汤对患者的IIEF-5评分、中医证候评分的改善优于对照组(P＜0.05),有统计学差异.本次研究中通络熄风起痿汤治疗组有3例出现头晕、腹泻不良反应.结论:通络熄风起痿汤和苁蓉益肾颗粒对血瘀肾虚型勃起功能障碍都有效,两组治疗后各项评分有显著差异.活血补肾法的疗效优于单纯补肾.%Objectives:To study the clinical efficacy of Tong Luo Xi Feng Qi Wei soup to treat erectile dysfunction with kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:106 patients with erectile dysfunction were randomly divided into Tong Luo Xi Feng Qi Wei soup group and Cong Rong Yi Shen Granule group,53 patients in each group.IIEF-5 score and TCM syndrome score were recorded before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,which were systematically analyzed.Results:Tong Luo Xi Feng Qi Wei soup group and Cong Rong Yi Shen Granule group both had three shedding cases.There were 100 final effective cases.Kidney deficiency and blood stasis of Tong Luo Xi Feng Qi Wei soup group and Cong Rong Yi Shen Granule group were improved as well as clinical symptoms of erectile dysfunction.The IIEF-5 score and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome (kidney deficiency and blood stasis) scores in the two groups before treatment and after treatment were significantly different.The total effective rate of Tong Luo Xi Feng Qi Wei soup group was 76％ and the total efficiency of Cong Rong Yi Shen Granule group was 58％.Tong Luo Xi Feng Qi Wei soup group was better than Cong Rong Yi Shen Granule group in IIEF-5 score and TCM score,with significant difference,P ＜ 0.05.There were three cases of dizziness and diarrhea adverse reactions in the Tong Luo Xi Feng Qi Wei soup group.Conclusion:Tong Luo Xi Feng Qi Wei soup and Cong Rong Yi Shen Granule are effective in the treatment of erectile dysfunction with kidney deficiency and blood stasis,the former with better effect.
