Objectives:To study the clinical outcomes double dose of tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in the treatment of type Ⅲ prostatitis so as to provide basis for clinical treatment.Methods:100 Ⅲ prostatitis patients in our hospital from March 2015 to April 2016 were selected and,according to the different treatment methods,divided into control group and observation group,with 50 patients in each group.Patients in the control group took 0.2g of levofloxacin orally every day.Patients in observation group took 0.4mg of tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets orally every day.Four weeks were a course of treatment.Clinical outcomes were compared.Results:The curative effect rate of observation group was 93.3％,which was higher than that of control group (80.0％) (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the prostate symptom index score,pain score and voiding discomfort score of observation group were significantly lower than these of control group (P ＜ 0.05).IL-2 levels of observation group after treatment was significantly higher (P ＜ 0.05);TNF-α and IL-6 levels of observation group after treatment were significantly higher (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Compared with levofloxacin therapy,double dose of tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in the treatment of Ⅲ prostatitis is with ideal therapeutic effect,which should be widely applied.%目的:研究双倍剂量盐酸坦洛新缓释片在Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者中的临床治疗效果,为临床提供依据.方法:选取2015年3月至2016年4月我院诊治的Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者100例,根据治疗措施不同将患者分为对照组50例和观察组50例,对照组每天口服0.2g左氧氟沙星,观察组每天口服0.4mg双倍剂量盐酸坦洛新缓释片,4周为1个疗程,比较两组患者临床治疗效果.结果:观察组疗效率为93.3％,高于对照组的80.0％ (P ＜0.05);观察组治疗后前列腺症状指数评分、疼痛不适评分及排尿情况评分显著低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组治疗后IL-2水平显著高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组治疗后IL-6及TNF-α水平显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:与左氧氟沙星治疗相比,Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者采用双倍剂量盐酸坦洛新缓释片治疗效果理想,值得推广应用.
