Objectives:To observe and analyze the influence of transfer factor for the immune state and chemokines of patients with recurrent genital herpes.Methods:54 patients with recurrent genital herpes in our hospital from February 2014 to October 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 27 cases in each group.Control group was treated with valaciclovir and observation group were treated with valaciclovir combined with transfer factor.The peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets,erythrocyte immune indexes and serum chemokines indexes of two groups before the treatment and 4th,8th and 12th week after the treatment were compared.Results:The peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets,erythrocyte immune indexes and serum chemokines indexes of two groups before the treatment all had no obvious differences,all P ＞ 0.05.While the peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and erythrocyte immune indexes of observation group 4th,8th and 12th week after the treatment were all better than those of control group,and the serum RANTES were higher than those of control group,serum MIP-1 and MCP-1 were lower than those of control group,all P ＜ 0.05,with significant differences.Conclusion:The influence of transfer factor for the immune state and chemokines of patients with recurrent genital herpes are more active,and it is more helpful in the treatment of recurrent genital herpes.%目的:观察及分析转移因子对复发性生殖器疱疹患者免疫状态及趋化因子的影响情况.方法:选取2014年2月至2015年10月于本院进行诊治的54例复发性生殖器疱疹患者为研究对象,将54例患者随机分为对照组27例和观察组27例,对照组采用伐昔洛韦进行治疗,观察组采用伐昔洛韦联合转移因子进行治疗,然后将两组患者治疗前和治疗后4周、8周及12周的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、红细胞免疫指标及血清趋化因子指标进行比较.结果:治疗前两组患者的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、红细胞免疫指标及血清趋化因子指标均无明显差异,P均＞0.05;治疗后4周、8周及12周观察组的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及红细胞免疫指标均好于对照组,血清RANTES均高于对照组,血清MIP-1及MCP-1则低于对照组,P均＜0.05,均有显著性差异.结论:转移因子对复发性生殖器疱疹患者免疫状态及趋化因子的影响更为积极,因此更有助于复发性生殖器疱疹的治疗价值相对更高.
