This paper analyzed the text content of four White Ribbon hotlines,investigating the masculinity of the men who carried out violence in the domestic violence.The following three points were summed up:(1) When the man suffering setback and failure out of home,he might gain the self-esteem through domestic violence;(2) Men wanted to reveal his strength and prove that he was a "tough guy" through domestic violence;(3) Most domestic violence was a way that men got control of the women.Finally,the importance of male participation in the reduction of domestic violence was discussed.%本研究对四个白丝带家暴求助热线内容文本进行整理分析,考察家庭暴力中施暴男子的男性气质并得出三个要点:(1)男性在外遭遇挫折失败时,容易通过家庭暴力来重拾在外失去的自尊;(2)很多男性通过家庭暴力来彰显自己的“力量”,来证明自己是一条“硬汉”;(3)大部分家庭暴力体现了男性对女性的一种控制.最后讨论了男性参与对减少家庭暴力的重要性.
